Stretching
Stretching is a unique author’s course created by Anastasia Zhukova, working at «a deeper level». Exercises help to stretch muscles, develop joints, get rid of muscle blocks and clamps, thereby launching the work of the lymphatic system, saturating the body with oxygen «from the inside» and filling it with strength and energy.
Classes include a set of exercises that work on all muscle groups. We keep a strictly individual approach during the stretching sessions in our studio. It helps you find balance in your body, align your «body», get rid of distortions, swelling and pain in the body, feel flexibility and lightness, and normalize the emotional and psychological states. Stretching contributes to body shaping and health benefits by boosting immunity.
