Body ballet is new fitness trend based on classical choreography. Different ballet moves are adapted for those who don’t have high physical fitness. Exercises will help you to stretch muscles, achieve flexibility and enhance the mobility and elasticity in joints. The main aim of body ballet is to teach you how to control your body, make it graceful and exquisite, get rid of extra weight. The main part of the training consists of movements taken from classical ballet, which are formalized actions that follow specific rules regarding the positions of the arms, feet, shoulders, neck and body.
Specially selected musical accompaniment will teach you to feel the rhythm and develop your own unique dance style. In our author’s course we also add elements of the modern ballet, it makes our trainings even more interesting and diverse.
If you attend trainings regularly very soon you will see the results: fit body, flexibility and elasticity of muscles, good posture. You will learn to feel and control your body, fully concentrate on the training, what contributes to emotional relief. Possibility to start from the scratch is an advantage of body ballet. There are no age, weight or size limitations. Trainings always start from the learning and reps of classical ballet basics. New and more complicated combinations are added to the training when older ones are performed successfully. Under the guidance of our teacher, you can chose appropriate for your level range of motion.
Program is changed every 2.5- 3 months in order to increase effectiveness.
